Bulk QR Code Creation
What is Bulk QR Code Creation?
Bulk QR Code Creation is a feature within the CRM that allows you to generate multiple QR codes simultaneously from a single CSV file. This tool is designed for high-volume applications such as event badges, promotional coupons, product labels, or any campaign requiring numerous scannable codes. Instead of creating each QR code individually, you can upload a list of names and URLs to produce a complete set of static QR codes ready for download and use.
Key Benefits
Using bulk creation streamlines your workflow and enhances efficiency:
- Time Efficiency: Generate hundreds or thousands of QR codes in seconds, eliminating manual repetition.
- Organization: Assign all codes from a batch to a specific folder, keeping your workspace orderly.
- Error Handling: The system validates your CSV file and highlights any rows with issues, allowing for quick corrections.
- Progress Tracking: A live counter shows the status of your batch as codes are generated.
- Export Options: Download your codes in PNG, SVG, or PDF formats for immediate use.
Preparing Your CSV File
The CSV file is the foundation of bulk QR code generation. Keep it simple with only two columns:
- Name: The display name for the QR code.
- URL: The full destination URL (must include http:// or https://).
Avoid extra columns, blank rows, or empty header cells to prevent errors.
