Managing and Distributing Certificates

Understanding Certificates

The Certificates feature in your CRM allows you to create and issue professional certificates to contacts who complete courses or meet other milestones. You can customize these certificates with dynamic information like the recipient's name and the completion date. They can be issued manually or delivered automatically through your CRM's workflow system.

Sharing a Certificate

Every issued certificate has a unique public link, making it easy for recipients to share their achievements. This link can be viewed by anyone without requiring a login, and it can be shared directly to platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), or WhatsApp.

How to Share a Certificate

  1. Navigate to SitesMembershipsCertificates.
  2. Find and select the specific issued certificate you want to share.
  3. Click on the Share Certificate button.
  4. From the sharing panel, you can either choose a social platform for direct sharing or click Copy Link to get the URL for manual distribution via email or other channels.

Downloading a Certificate

Certificates can be downloaded as high-quality PNG image files. This format ensures the design, layout, and visual integrity of your certificate are preserved perfectly. To improve the user experience, certificates are pre-generated when they are issued, which makes the download process fast and reliable.

To download a certificate, locate the issued certificate from the main Certificates list and select the option to download it. The resulting PNG file will be compatible with all devices and suitable for digital sharing or printing.
