How to Cancel Your SEO Subscription

To cancel your SEO subscription:

Navigate to Sites > SEO within your sub-account.
On the Site Projects tab, locate the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the SEO page.
Select Cancel Subscription from the menu.
Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears by clicking Yes, Cancel.

The Frozen Project State

Projects that use the SEO pixel automatically enter a Frozen State upon subscription cancellation. This transition occurs automatically in the background.

Characteristics of Frozen Projects

Live Optimizations: All previously applied SEO fixes continue to function on your website as long as the pixel script remains installed.
Automation Suspended: The system stops crawling your site and no longer generates new SEO audit recommendations.
Settings Preserved: Your project configuration and implementation history remain stored in your account.

Managing Your Website Optimizations After Cancellation

You control how SEO changes appear on your site after unsubscribing:

To Keep Changes Active: Simply leave the SEO pixel script installed on your website. Your applied optimizations will continue to function for visitors.
To Remove All Changes: Manually delete the SEO pixel script from your website's code. This action immediately reverts your site to its original, unoptimized state.

Reactivating Your SEO Subscription

If you decide to resume SEO services:

Subscribe to an active SEO plan.
Reconnect your projects within the dashboard.
Your projects will automatically unfreeze, restoring full functionality including site crawling, new recommendations, and the ability to apply fresh SEO fixes.
