Track Social Performance Using Advanced Analytics

Understanding Advanced Analytics in Social Planner

Advanced Analytics in the CRM's Social Planner provides a unified dashboard where you can monitor and analyze your social media performance across multiple platforms. This feature consolidates data from your connected accounts, allowing you to assess posting activity, audience engagement, and content visibility in one centralized location. Use these insights to identify high-performing content, compare effectiveness across different social networks, and make data-driven decisions to enhance your social media strategy.

Key Benefits of Advanced Analytics

Accessing Advanced Analytics

To view your social media analytics, navigate to Marketing > Social Planner > Statistics in your CRM dashboard.

Supported Platforms and Limitations

Advanced Analytics supports connections with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Business Profile (GBP), Threads, and Bluesky. However, the specific metrics available vary by platform due to API limitations and platform-specific restrictions.

Platform-Specific Considerations

  • TikTok: Only business profiles are supported, and data may take 1-2 days to appear due to API constraints
  • Pinterest: Data reflects with a 2-day delay
  • LinkedIn: Only pages are supported (not personal profiles), and follower data is available with a 2-day delay
  • Threads: Impressions and post reach are not supported; no follower count, gender data, or advanced engagement metrics; metrics have a 1-day delay except post count
  • Bluesky: Impressions are supported but follower metrics, demographics, and advanced engagement breakdowns are not available; metrics have a 1-day delay except post count
  • Instagram: Gender demographics require at least 100 followers

Account Permissions

You'll receive alerts when connected accounts require re-authentication to maintain access to analytics data. Statistics will be available from the next day after reconnecting accounts with updated permissions.

Filtering Your Analytics Data

Use the dropdown in the upper-left corner to select specific accounts you want to include in your metrics. Use the platform selector on the left to filter results by social media platform. Choose "All" for a cross-platform overview or select a specific platform to focus on its performance.
