Media Support by Platform

Advanced CSV supports various media types across different social platforms. Understanding each platform's requirements ensures successful scheduling.

Image Support

Facebook and Instagram: Support image carousels with multiple images. Include multiple image URLs separated by commas in your spreadsheet.

Google Business Profile: Supports only one image per post. Image carousels are not available.

Reel and Video Support

Only one video or reel is supported per post. Carousels containing multiple videos or reels are not supported. If you include multiple video URLs, the post may fail to schedule.

You can specify a custom thumbnail for video posts using the thumbnailUrl field in your CSV/XLSX file. The thumbnail will be applied to the first video in the post. Multiple video thumbnails are not supported, and thumbnail behavior may vary across platforms.

Uploading or Updating Images After CSV Import

In addition to including media URLs in your spreadsheet, you can upload or modify images during the scheduling process. On the third review screen, you can add new images, update existing ones, or upload additional images where supported by the platform.

This approach is useful if you prefer not to include all media URLs directly in your CSV file.

Watermark Support

The Advanced CSV feature includes automatic watermark application to help maintain consistent branding across your social media content.
