How to Copy and Paste Workflow Actions

Step 1: Copy the Action(s)

Navigate to Automation → Workflows and open the workflow containing the action(s) you want to copy. Click the three-dot menu on an action and select Copy Action for a single step or Copy All Actions From Here to duplicate a block starting from that action.

Step 2: Paste into the Target Workflow

Open the workflow where you want to paste the action(s)—this can be in the same or a different browser tab, as long as it’s within the same sub-account. To insert, either click Quick Paste next to the add-action button or open any action’s three-dot menu and choose Paste Below.

Step 3: Review and Save

Check the pasted actions to confirm all references and settings are correct, then save your workflow.

Clipboard and Retention Rules

Copied actions are stored temporarily and can be pasted multiple times for 15 minutes. After this period, the paste option will no longer be available, and you’ll need to copy again. You can move between browser tabs during this window as long as you stay signed into the same sub-account.
